Your Statutory Rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online:

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We aim to ensure that all information on our website is correct.  However, we cannot be held responsible for the use of the information given. Please read the following Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.

Orders placed are mere offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding until payment has been made in full by credit/debit card.  We employ a method of interaction that does not compromise credit card information.  Our online system is 100% secure.

All goods are subject to availability.  We retain the right to cancel any order at any time.  If we fail to supply the goods for any reason, we will provide a full refund.  We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods, or if you have ordered the incorrect goods.

We will do our utmost to keep all prices and information as up to date as possible.  However, occasionally information from our suppliers can change at short notice, therefore we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices at short notice.

Returns:

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the despatch date. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out of this period. Returned goods must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or an appropriate proof of purchase, with the buyer responsible for any carriage fees.

All goods supplied but not required will be subject to a 20% handling fee, with a minimum charge of £25.00.

The goods must be in their original packaging, and in an un-opened, re-usable and re-saleable condition. Items not meeting these requirements will not qualify for a refund but will still incur the 20% handling fee.

Items that meet the returns requirements will be refunded back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days of the receipt of the item.

Warranties & Guarantees:

All guarantees for products are provided by the manufacturer of the products and as such are subject to their terms and conditions.  If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid, we would be unable to process any refund and we will not be liable for any compensation.

Complaints:

Should we receive a complaint about any part of our service, it is taken very seriously and all matters are fully investiagted and dealt with promptly within 5 working days.
